We are a family run dog sled kennel located at Ottemoen/Vesterfjell on the amazing adventure island of Senja, above the arctic circle in Northern Norway.
From our camp, we offer exciting activities in the wilderness all year round.

Our activities includes among others dog sledding trips in the winter wonderland, dogsledding trips under the dancing northern light, kart trip during autumn to experience the trainings of the dogs, hiking trips in the beautiful surroundings on Senja, kennel visits and puppy visits.

With us you get a personal and exclusive experience like no other. Here you are away from mass tourism, we favor small groups.

Our customers includes individual hikers, families, couples, businnesses and schools among others.

Senja Adventure is running by Jonny, pure Norwegian Viking style who will welcome you with his two french guides who choose to gave up on french way of life to the arctic one !

Our dog kennel includes over 50 of our furry friends, pure bred Siberian Huskies. We breed our own team members, so we sometimes have adorable puppies at the kennel. Our dogs are an important part of our family, they are our passion, our lifestyle and our extended family. The dogs get special care and we participate with the dogs in some long- and middle distance dograces, and sometimes also participate in dog shows too.

Some of our furry friends are also Canadian Eskimo Dogs. This breed is a sleddog breed from inuit people in Canada, last century they were endangered but now breeder try to make relive the breed in whole world. They are owned by our guides Mayeul and Chloe, and Senja Husky Adventure participate to the preservation program of Canadian Eskimo Dogs. Here in Senja you will find the only breeder of Eskimos in Norway.
